Tony Rendon

Tony Rendon has extensive experience in operations and procurement, having worked at POM Wonderful since June 2005 in various supervisory roles, including Operations Supervisor and Reliability Procurement Supervisor. Key responsibilities include motivating employees, overseeing inventory, and developing sourcing strategies while managing logistics and reducing procurement costs. Prior experience includes roles as a Reliability Coordinator and Parts Clerk, as well as a Team Lead at Ito Packing, where skills in equipment operation and inventory management were honed. Tony Rendon is currently pursuing an Advanced Master Certificate in Integrated Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University, building upon a foundational education at Reedley College.
