Seth Allen is the Vice President of Strategy & Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid at Pomona College. Seth has over 20 years of experience in the field of admissions and financial aid, having served as the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at Grinnell College and Dickinson College, and as Director of Enrollment Planning, Research & Technology at Johns Hopkins University.

Seth Allen received their B.A. in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and their M.A. in Applied Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
