Keith B. Holt Sr.

Keith B. Holt Sr. currently serves as the Environmental Services Operations Manager at Jackson Memorial Hospital and as an Account Manager at Pondsco Facility Services, both positions held since November and February 2023, respectively. In addition, Holt is the Executive Chef at Chef K Traveling Chef, a role undertaken since May 2021. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Housekeeping at Next Level Hospitality Services and the Assistant Manager of Maintenance at ABM Lanier Hunt. Holt has extensive experience in environmental services, having worked as an Environmental Services Coordinator/Trainer at WellStar Health System from May 2011 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Tech University. Additionally, Holt has attended Oakland Community College and Pontiac Northern High School, as well as Seattle Pacific University.
