At Trustpilot, Merritt excelled as SVP Sales, Americas, managing relationships with approximately 250,000 free and 7,000 paid customers while overseeing $40M in annual recurring revenue. With extensive experience in building and scaling customer success teams, Merritt has contributed to numerous organizations, including Revenue Collective, Offerpop, CrossCap, Williams Lea, EMC, and Viacom.
