Ivie Javier

Ivie Javier, RPm, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Lead Recruitment Coordinator & Onboarding Specialist and VMS Coordinator at CoreTechs Personnel, LLC since August 2018. Responsibilities include delivering offshore-based IT recruitment services, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to evaluating candidates, and enhancing candidate engagement. Prior to this role, Ivie worked as an HR Specialist at 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc., where tasks involved sourcing, screening, and formatting resumes. An early career experience includes an internship at Sitel focused on sourcing and interviewing candidates for technical and customer support positions. Ivie holds a BS in Psychology with a focus on Pre-Medicine from New Era University, completed in 2017.
