Scott Radecic

As a Senior Principal with Populous, Scott is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and the director of the firm’s NFL & collegiate marketplaces. Throughout Scott’s 30-year career, he has specialized in servicing college & university and National Football League clients. As an industry leader the programming and design of sports facilities, he utilizes his extensive knowledge to influence all areas of project development, strategic planning, design, budgeting and project management. Scott has become a trusted advisor to universities and professional teams across the nation.

His experience as an athlete at both the collegiate and professional levels gives him a unique perspective to sports facility design. As an energetic visionary, dynamic leader and articulate communicator he has led his team to unprecedented successes of projects nationwide. His project experience includes working with 13 NFL teams and more than 50 colleges and universities, including projects such as the New Era Field Renovations for the Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars’ Amphitheater & Indoor Flex Field Project, the new Champions Center for the University of Colorado, TCF Bank Stadium for the University of Minnesota, the new on-campus stadium for Colorado State University, the HarborCenter hockey training & mixed use project in Buffalo, NY and an athletic facilities master plan for Penn State University.
