Claudia Kaiser

Claudia Kaiser has extensive experience in diversity, equality, and inclusion, currently holding leadership positions at Porsche Consulting since May 2010. As the Leading Diversity, Equality & Inclusion expert, Claudia is also the Co-Founder of the Proud@CO Community and the Founder of the Together as One Community. Claudia leads the international Diversity Committee at Porsche Consulting, aiming to implement diversity measures within the organization. Additionally, Claudia founded and leads the Women@Porsche Consulting Network, which boasts over 210 female members and 15 partner networks. Claudia's previous experience includes a role in Personalmanagement at AUDI AG from February 2009 to April 2010. Claudia holds a Diplom Betriebswirtin degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
