Julia Wu Stephan

Julia Wu Stephan is an experienced program manager specializing in port infrastructure improvement, currently working at the Port of Long Beach since March 2010. Previously, Julia held the position of senior transportation engineer and principal at KOA Corporation, where responsibilities included managing design teams for various infrastructure projects. Before KOA, Julia served as a transportation engineer at HNTB, leading civil engineering design teams, and at AECOM (Korve Engineering, Inc.), developing traffic simulation models for the City of Los Angeles. Julia holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Management from The University of Kansas.
