Bernd Laas

Bernd Laas currently serves as a Strategic Advisor in the Digital & IT department at Port of Rotterdam, collaborating closely with the CIO to provide advisory support, prepare external presentations, and evaluate project proposals aligned with strategic objectives. Previously, Bernd completed a Management Traineeship at Port of Rotterdam focused on digital transition and innovation, following a graduate role as an information officer at Futureland. In addition to experience at Port of Rotterdam, Bernd has owned and designed for BTL Design, specializing in UX, graphic, and product design. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Product Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
