David Freiboth

Recognized as a key player in the local Labor community, David Freiboth has served in Labor leadership most of his adult life. After 35 years advocating for workers, David decided to enter public service and currently serves as the Senior Director of Labor Relations for the Port of Seattle. David leads the Port’s Labor Relations Department which, in addition to managing 23 bargaining units covering more than 1,000 port employees, provides strategic guidance in relations with Labor stakeholders to the Port Executive Director and elected Commissioners.
