Joshua Zamir

Joshua Zamir is a distinguished entrepreneur and founder of Capstone Equities LLC and Capstone Equities Capital Management LP, where an impressive portfolio includes over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions and $500 million in non-performing loans since January 2007. Additionally, Joshua has held shareholder positions at ACRE Solutions and Portal Warehousing, and previously at Rebel Hospitality Management. Joshua served on the board of Starlight Children's Foundation from 2010 to 2013 and was a member of YPO Metro New York from 2009 to 2012. A former Managing Director at Moinian Group, Joshua's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School, complemented by dual degrees (BS & MS) in Finance and Real Estate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and New York University.
