Sajjan Kanukolanu, PhD has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and technology. Sajjan started their career as a Design Engineer at Intec Corp in 1999 and later worked as a Hardware Engineer at OSS Corporation. In 2003, they became the Director of Testing and Analytics at Didit Search Marketing. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Associate Director at Razorfish Global, followed by a position as an Associate Director at Neo@Ogilvy from 2006 to 2008. Sajjan then joined DGMAX Interactive as the Director of Operations/Digital Marketing from 2008 to 2009. After that, they served as the Head of Client Management, India at Position², where they established the first India Client Management group and improved client relationships from 2009 to 2010. Subsequently, they became the Business Director for Nokia India at Wunderman from 2010 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Operations and Strategy at Position², where they focus on digital marketing, growth strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Sajjan Kanukolanu, PhD has a strong educational background. Sajjan obtained a PhD in Marketing with a focus on Consumer Behavior and Customer Experience from GITAM Deemed University. In addition, they hold an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Sacred Heart University. Sajjan also has a Leadership Graduate Certificate from Sacred Heart University.

Sajjan further expanded their knowledge with an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, where they specialized in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Sajjan began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering, Nanded.

In terms of additional certifications, Sajjan has obtained various marketing and customer experience certifications. These include being certified in HubSpot Marketing Software by HubSpot, completing a course in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping and Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn, and achieving advanced certification in Account Based Marketing (ABM) from Demandbase. Sajjan has also received certifications in Conversational Marketing from Drift and in Account/Client Leadership from Ogilvy & Mather.
