Sanjeev Dhanaraj

Sanjeev Dhanaraj is the VP of Digital Transformation at Position². Sanjeev has over fifteen years of experience in the banking and customer service industries.

Mr. Dhanaraj started their career in 2002 as a team leader for a voice call process at First Ring India Pvt. Ltd. Sanjeev then moved to HSBC in 2003, where they worked as an assistant manager for CIBM. While at HSBC, Mr. Dhanaraj was responsible for team appraisals, SLA's, project management, process and training.

In their current role at Position², Mr. Dhanaraj is responsible for leading the digital transformation of the company. Sanjeev is also responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing website development, and overseeing the creation of digital content.

Sanjeev Dhanaraj attended Karnatak University where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Sanjeev then went on to earn their Computer Science degree from St. Josephs Boys High School. Sanjeev is also certified from HubSpot in Hubspot Inbound Certification.
