Jo Guz

Jo Guz is a leadership partner specializing in coaching, facilitation, and culture/systemic change consulting. With over 20 years of experience, Jo has worked with senior leaders in various sectors, including public service and NGOs, and has been freelancing since 2019. Jo's qualifications include a PG Dip in HRM and a Certificate in OD Practice, alongside credentials in transformational coaching at the PCC level with the ICF. Previously, Jo held roles as an OD Change Manager at Seafish Industry Authority and as a Senior Organisational Development Leader at The City of Edinburgh Council, where they supported significant cultural transformations.
