Shruti Bohra

Shruti Bohra is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Associate at Posterity Consulting since March 2023, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and candidate onboarding. Prior to this role, Shruti held the position of President of the Namma HR Convergence Club at ISBR Business School, where event organization and team management were key responsibilities. Shruti also completed a management internship related to the "The Expert Matters" YouTube series, designed to benefit young management graduates, and worked as a Talent Management Intern at Wipro, contributing to project allocation based on internal skills and knowledge.
