Suus Toxopeus

Suus Toxopeus is a seasoned change advisor with extensive experience in digital transformation and behavioral consulting. Currently serving as a Change Advisor for Digital Transformation at PostNL since March 2022, Toxopeus previously held roles as a Change Consultant and Behavioral Specialist at Accenture from November 2018 to March 2022, where support was provided for complex organizational projects focusing on sustainable change. Earlier experience includes working as a Change Consultant at The BrownPaper Company, contributing to organizational sustainability, and as a Consultant/Project Manager at the ROOM B.V., enhancing data room processes in the M&A landscape. Toxopeus holds a Master of Science degree in Neuropsychology from Utrecht University and has also participated in clinical neuropsychological internships and experimental research at leading academic institutions.
