Kathryn Griffiths (Wood) is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy and accounting sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Potentia Energy since July 2025, Kathryn previously held multiple finance leadership roles at Alinta Energy from August 2013 to September 2025, including Head of Finance and Commercial Finance Manager. Prior to Alinta Energy, Kathryn worked as a Group Financial Accountant at Austal, a Financial Services Accountant at Shire of Roebourne, and a Senior Accountant at KPMG Australia. Kathryn began her career in finance as an Accounts role at Washington Brown Pty Limited. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Australian Catholic University.
