Daniel Cushing

Daniel Cushing is an experienced leadership consultant and educator, currently serving as Director and Senior Consultant at Potential Project since March 2013, where the focus is on designing leadership programs to enhance business performance and collective well-being. As the owner of Daniel Cushing & Associates since 2011, Cushing specializes in leadership coaching and program facilitation aimed at increasing self-awareness and identifying behavioral barriers for leaders. Additionally, Cushing serves as an instructor at the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto, teaching a course on Emotional Intelligence in Leadership. Cushing’s prior experience includes significant roles at the Rotman School of Management, including Director of Leadership Development and Director of the Global Executive MBA Program, where responsibilities spanned managing candidate relationships and teaching graduate-level courses. Cushing holds a B.A. in Canadian Studies from Trent University and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
