Saarah Ahmad Shaikh began their career in 2005 as an Intern for the Department of Alumni Affairs at the CWRU Weatherhead School of Management. Saarah Ahmad then worked as an Intern at Merrill Lynch in 2008. In the same year, they joined FactSet as an Account Executive - Americas Hedge Funds, where they supported a book of unique and challenging clients. Saarah Ahmad then moved to the role of Assistant Vice President - Key Accounts, where they identified a need for a position focused on strategy for some of the largest accounts in the region. Saarah then served as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, where they managed client expectations and was responsible for all client project work, troubleshooting, and user training. In 2017, they joined PowerReviews as the SVP, Global Customer Success & Support. Saarah Ahmad then served as the VP, Customer Success, Senior Director, Customer Success, and Manager, Client Success. As Manager of Client Success, they were responsible for a team of Enterprise CSDs across multiple products and industries. Saarah Ahmad drove the goals of the team and evaluated needs and opportunities to ultimately help improve the client experience for their largest tier of SaaS clients.

Saarah Ahmad Shaikh is currently enrolled in a Finance program at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
