Doug Satzman

Satzman spent 14 years at Starbucks, serving most recently as senior vice president of business development and license retail operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he directed more than $1 billion in P&L and oversaw teams that expanded the business from 2,000 to 20,000 stores during that time. But just prior to this appointment, he was on a one-year sabbatical in which he worked with young entrepreneurs and sponsored philanthropic projects in Rwanda.
