Cristina de Dona is currently the General Counsel at Prada Group. Prior to their current position, Cristina served as the Chief Counsel, International at The Hershey Company from June 2019 to December 2021. Before that, Cristina was the Executive Director, Legal & Compliance at Morgan Stanley from January 2016 to March 2017 where they delivered the strategy, model and approach for escalation and response, policy development and the investigative process. Cristina also served as the Managing Director and Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Minister at the Ministry of Justice from April 2017 to May 2019. Cristina’s other previous positions include Executive Director, Legal at a private equity firm from January 2013 to December 2015 and Deputy GC at Ferrero from May 2004 to December 2012. Cristina started their career as a Business Consultant at UNICRI - United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute from January 2003 to April 2004.

Cristina de Dona has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from London Business School, a Postgraduate Degree in Comparative Law from King's College London, a PhD in international law from Universität Trier, and a degree in International Law from Università degli Studi di Torino.

They are on a team with Diego Maletto - Director of Internal Auditing, Andrea Bonini - CFO, and Lorenzo Bertelli - Group Marketing Director. Cristina de Dona reports to Miuccia Prada Bianchi, CEO & Executive Director.
