Valeria Panza

Valeria Panza currently serves as the Industrial & HR Legal Director and Head of Legal Industrial Area at Prada SpA, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Valeria accumulated extensive legal experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at Dada from June 2007 to October 2019 and as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie from January 2004 to May 2007, where responsibilities included corporate governance, drafting commercial agreements, and providing direct assistance to clients. Valeria began the legal career as a trainee at Avvocatura Generale dello Stato in Naples from March 2002 to April 2004. Academic credentials include a Laurea in Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, as well as a Master's degree in "Diritto & Impresa" from 24ORE Business School and further training at AGI, the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association.
