Geoffrey Cain

Geoffrey Cain is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and operations. Currently serving as a Conference Center IT/AV Operations Assistant at Prairie State College, Geoffrey supports the technical needs of a busy conference center, managing setup and troubleshooting for various events. Prior experience includes roles such as Desktop Support Specialist at Wellspring Worldwide, where Geoffrey supported over 350 users, and Global Service Desk Senior Service Desk Analyst at Foot Locker Corporate Services, providing high-level support for Mac users. Geoffrey has also held significant positions at Slack and Company as IT Support Manager and at JC Whitney as Systems Manager, showcasing a strong proficiency in desktop support, account management, and technology administration.
