Jason Kosmas

Jason Kosmas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in aerospace and aviation, currently serving as Executive General Manager at Pratt & Whitney since May 2023, overseeing engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul for commercial and military programs. Prior to this, Jason held similar roles at Kaman Aerospace Corporation, where significant growth of approximately 50% in top line sales was achieved, and at GE Aviation, leading a 900-person site through the pandemic. Jason's career includes leadership positions at GKN Aerospace and General Electric, where a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency was maintained, in addition to managing substantial budgets and overseeing large teams. Jason's academic background includes a degree in Business Finance from Merrimack College and a degree in International Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
