Paul Weedon

Paul Weedon is the Vice President of Engine Development Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they have held various leadership roles since 2004. They previously served as the Senior Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Executive Director in multiple engineering capacities within P&WC, overseeing complex projects and managing diverse teams. Prior to their current role, Paul was the Executive Director of Engineering at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they managed a significant engineering workforce and budget while leading multiple new product introduction projects.
