Pravati Capital Adds Douglas Smith to its Leadership Team
Smith and other new hires will join the company's Leadership Team and help steer and strengthen the firm's plans for growth.
Smith’s 30-year background managing corporate and commercial real estate lending is primarily focused on structured finance transactions, Debtor-In-Possession bankruptcy restructuring, and distressed loan portfolios. He also worked for Congressman John Rhodes, the Minority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives during the Carter and Reagan administrations. He currently, is a member of the Arizona board of directors for a commercial bank and President of a private non-profit called the Phoenician II Foundation.
