Derek Richardson

Derek Richardson is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Precision Construction Services since March 2023, Derek has previously held the same title at ANDERSON BURTON CONSTRUCTION INC. from December 2014 to March 2023, and at NEWTON CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT, INC. for a brief period in 2019. Earlier roles include Project Manager/System Designer at Deep Blue Integration, Inc., and project engineering at KHS&S Contractors.
