Sarah MacKey

Sarah Mackey serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Premera Blue Cross, a position held since September 2003, with prior roles including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and Director of Transaction Legal Services, and Assistant General Counsel. Mackey advises on a wide range of legal and risk management issues, focusing on corporate governance, corporate transactions, and IT contracting and licensing.
