Dave Mancari is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Premier Medical Group of the Hudson Valley since October 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Brightcore Energy, where oversight encompassed global and domestic human resources and Environmental, Health & Safety functions. Previously, as Director of Human Resources at Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, Dave Mancari managed a comprehensive HR team across over 90 locations worldwide. Earlier roles at Montefiore Health System involved strategic leadership in diversity and inclusion, training and development, as well as employee relations, while initial HR experience at Target focused on enhancing performance in underperforming locations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Marist University.
