Pam Wilson

Pam Wilson serves as the Vice President of Product at Premier Packaging, LLC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Pam had a distinguished career at AkzoNobel, where Pam held several positions including Product Sustainability Manager for Industrial Coatings and Technical Category Lead for Additives and Minerals. Pam’s responsibilities included managing raw material portfolios and overseeing R&D teams of over 50 professionals in various coatings sectors, while also refining new product development programs. Pam's early career involved significant contributions as a chemist in the development of BPA-free coatings and establishing research labs at Syracuse University. Pam earned a PhD in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, where research focused on biodegradable polymers.
