Catherine Young

Catherine Young has a wealth of experience in the accounting and sales fields. Catherine began their career in 2013 as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale, Inc. and Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta, where they provided excellent customer service and represented and promoted brand merchandise. In 2017, they became a Customer Service Representative at Scotiabank, where they executed day-to-day financial transactions for clients and referred up to 10 clients per week to access proper financial products and services to suit their needs. In 2018, they worked as an Accounting Co-op Student at the Government of Alberta | Treasury Board and Finance, where they reconciled bank accounts, prepared journal entries, ran reports, assisted in budget and forecasting models, and assisted in the preparation of financial statements. In 2019, they worked as a Contract Auditor (Co-op) at CNOOC International. In 2020, they worked as an Accounting Associate at Bench Accounting. In 2021, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Dooly, and then as a Senior Accountant at airCFO. Currently, they are a Financial Accountant at Prenuvo.

Catherine Young attended the University of Alberta from 2014 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting.
