Dawn Turpin

Dawn Turpin is a skilled professional with a diverse background in documentation, content writing, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Documentation Specialist and Contracts Administration Clerk at Press Ganey since March 2021, Dawn previously created content for the Master of Liberal Studies program at Indiana University South Bend. With experience as a Family and Community Specialist at Elkhart and St. Joseph County Head Start Consortium, Dawn managed a caseload of diverse families and ensured their case files were complete. Other roles have included supervising employees at Belmont Beverage, coordinating services for clients as a Service Coordinator with the Youth Service Bureau of St. Joseph County, and providing therapeutic support as an ABA Therapist. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Indiana University South Bend and a BA in Mass Communication from Purdue University.
