Nora Warshawsky

Nora Warshawsky, PhD, NEA-BC, CNE, FAAN, currently serves as a Nurse Scientist at Press Ganey since September 2022. With extensive academic experience, Warshawsky was an Associate Editor for Nursing Administration Quarterly from January 2020 to January 2023, and held the position of Professor and Director of Graduate Nursing Leadership Programs at the University of Central Florida from August 2018 to December 2021. At the University of Kentucky, Warshawsky was an Associate Professor from August 2011 to July 2018, teaching courses on leadership, quality and safety, and health information technology in the DNP program, while also advising DNP and PhD students. Additional teaching roles included a Teaching Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Instructor at Duke University. Early career experience includes management roles at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities encompassed quality management and nursing. Warshawsky holds a PhD in Nursing, Health Care Systems from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MSN in Health Care Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, among other degrees.
