Eric X. Hernandez is a seasoned professional specializing in operational excellence and strategic turnaround for businesses. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Pretium Packaging and Co-Founder of both Grow2Vision and Stays By Santy. Eric also co-founded eXstrategy in 2023, where they leverage their extensive experience to guide clients through complex operational challenges using a unique methodology known as The eX Effect. Earlier in their career, Eric held various leadership positions at companies such as Amcor, Ingersoll Rand, and Delphi, where they focused on enhancing business systems and promoting continuous improvement. They hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
