Philipp Alfes

Philipp Alfes has extensive experience in customer experience and success management, currently holding the position of International Manager Customer Experience at PriceSpider since January 2015, where responsibilities have included leadership roles such as International Manager, Customer Success and Team Lead Customer Success Management. Prior to this, Philipp served as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager within the same company. Earlier experience includes an internship at Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH from 2012 to 2013. Academically, Philipp holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Angewandte Medien from Hochschule Mittweida, complemented by a B-Lizenz fitness trainer certification from the Academy of Sports.
