Lisa Forster

Lisa Forster, CF APMP, PMP, currently serves as the Proposal Development Director at PRIDE Industries, where responsibilities include managing the proposal process and leading the proposal team to deliver high-quality submissions across various sectors. Lisa has a progressive career history, starting as an Executive Assistant at the Association of California Healthcare Districts, and later holding multiple roles at Golder Associates, culminating in a Senior Administrative Manager position that involved operational management and mentorship. Previous experience includes leadership in healthcare construction and coordination roles, as well as directing a respite program for families affected by Alzheimer's. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness Promotion from Southern Oregon University.
