Katarzyna Rząca

Katarzyna Rząca has a diverse work experience. Katarzyna is currently working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach at Primary Portal since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nielsen as a Scrum Master and Software Developer from January 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Nielsen, Katarzyna worked at ARiMR where they held multiple roles. Katarzyna worked as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Development Team Coordinator from September 2019 to December 2020. Previously, they served as a Scrum Master and Software Engineer from February 2018 to August 2019 and as an SQL Programmer from June 2016 to January 2018.

Katarzyna's earlier work experience includes various roles at TNT Express Worldwide Poland. Katarzyna worked as a Service Quality Analyst from April 2013 to May 2016, as a Billing Clerk from August 2011 to March 2013, as a Query Clerk from February 2011 to July 2011, and as a Customer Service Representative from September 2008 to January 2011.

Katarzyna Rząca completed their education at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2014 to 2019, earning a degree of Inżynier (Inż.) in the field of Informatyka. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at the Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie from 2008 to 2013, obtaining a degree of Magister (Mgr). In addition to their formal education, Katarzyna has also obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in June 2021, Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL-E) from Scrum.org in January 2021, Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in January 2021, Kanban System Design (KMP I) from Kanban University in September 2020, Certified LeSS Basics from The LeSS Company in July 2020, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October 2019.
