Austin Morrongiello

Austin Morrongiello is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account executive roles and business development. At Carta from February 2022 to April 2024, Morrongiello served as an Account Executive for both Mid-Market Private Equity and Small and Medium Business (SMB) segments, alongside a previous role as a Sales Development Representative. Morrongiello was the first employee at BeatGig, where significant revenue growth of 400% year-over-year was achieved during 2018 and 2019. Additionally, at Slice, Morrongiello contributed to the expansion of the sales team from 4 to over 20 members while consistently exceeding monthly quotas. Morrongiello also gained experience as a Recruiting Intern at ALKU Government Solutions. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology, Morrongiello is currently a member of the Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners since July 2025.
