Erica Reilley Swanholt

Erica Reilley Swanholt currently serves as the Vice President & General Counsel of Prime Healthcare, overseeing litigation related to commercial and private payor disputes, general liability, and government agency interactions. From January 2000 to July 2023, Erica was a partner at Jones Day, where significant contributions included leading the national appellate practice and representing major health systems in complex litigation. Erica has also served as an appointed member of the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the United States District Court, Central District, and held various adjunct and supervisory teaching positions at Loyola Law School and USC Gould School of Law. Erica's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara.
