Dave Hsiung

Dave Hsiung is an accomplished leader in cell and gene therapy development with extensive experience in bioprocessing and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Director of Cell Process Sciences & Engineering at Prime Medicine, Inc., Dave previously held key roles at Mnemo Therapeutics, where significant contributions included establishing manufacturing strategies for CAR T cell products and overseeing critical CDMO partnerships. Additional experience encompasses leading a successful technology transfer at Instil Bio and a decade-long tenure at Celgene, focusing on critical CMC activities and submissions for multiple CAR-T therapies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. Dave also engaged in youth coaching, demonstrating a commitment to community involvement.
