Sunil Hanoman

Sunil Hanoman is a Managing Director at Principal Asset Management, overseeing real estate asset management and development across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South/Southwest Florida since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sunil served as Regional Director of Asset Management at MetLife Investment Management from April 2007 to July 2022, managing a Midwest real estate equity portfolio valued over $2.5 billion, encompassing nearly 10 million square feet of various property types and over 1,000 residential units. Sunil's career began at Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities included roles as an Investment Officer in Commercial Mortgages and as an Investment Performance Analyst from January 2000 to April 2007. Sunil holds a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Iowa, earned between 1995 and 1999.
