Jill Lippincott

Jill Lippincott, MPA, currently serves as Program Manager for Supplier Diversity & Sustainability at Principal Financial Group since August 2022. Previously, Jill held multiple roles at the Iowa Economic Development Authority, including Team Lead for Innovation, where responsibilities included supporting the Iowa Innovation Council and managing strategic initiatives in various sectors. As Project Manager, Jill focused on the Targeted Small Business Program and Registered Apprenticeship initiatives, fostering supplier diversity and work-based learning opportunities. Earlier in Jill's career, roles at United Way of Central Iowa, Appcore, and DataJoe, LLC contributed to a robust skill set in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Jill's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
