Penny Freeman

Penny Freeman is a seasoned professional in human resources operations with extensive experience at Principal Financial Group since February 2019, currently serving as Head of Human Resources Operations after previously holding roles as Director of Human Resources Operations and HR Operational Excellence Program Manager. Prior to this, Penny gained diverse experience at John Deere from 2008 to 2019 in various positions, including Order Fulfillment Lead and Production Control Supervisor, and at Pella Corporation from 2002 to 2008 as Accounts Payable Supervisor and Manufacturing Department Manager. Penny holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
