Asset management firm Principal Street Partners has welcomed Troy Willis to its team as Chief Investment Officer of Municipal Bond Strategies. In his role, Mr. Willis will chair the company’s Principal Street investment committee and play a leading role in investment implementation and research across the full range of strategies.

Mr. Willis most recently served as co-head of the OppenheimerFunds Rochester Municipal Bond Team for nearly 20 years, delivering top decile weighted average performance and high yielding Municipal Bond Funds.
