Emily Kooi

Emily Kooi, PMP, has extensive experience in project and program implementation within the healthcare sector, currently serving as an Agile Product Owner at Priority Health since September 2013. Throughout her tenure, Emily has held various roles in Medical Operations, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, managing project plans, and facilitating training for launch implementations. Prior to this, Emily coordinated wellness initiatives and collaborated on the National Committee for Quality Assurance submissions. Earlier professional experiences include legal documentation management, administrative support in healthcare settings, and internships focused on recruitment processes. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University and has pursued additional studies in criminology.
