Marty Stewart

Marty Stewart has over 20 years of experience in environmental health and safety roles. Marty is currently serving as the Director of Environment Health and Safety at ProMach. Prior to this, Marty held positions such as the Environmental Health and Safety Director at Aalberts integrated piping systems and EHS Director at Aalberts N.V. Marty also worked as the Health Safety and Wellness Sector Advisor at TC Transcontinental. Marty's expertise includes strategic leadership, safety and environmental management systems, compliance activities, training programs, and incident investigation. Marty has experience in various industries such as manufacturing, engineering, and environmental consulting.

Marty Stewart holds a Masters degree in Occupational Safety from East Carolina University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at North Carolina State University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology and Economics. Marty has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Hazardous Materials Manager from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management in January 2019, and Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in December 2017.
