Rashmi has over thirteen years of experience in talent management and employee engagement. Rashmi is a strategic thinker and an expert in program design, content development, leadership / stakeholder management, project plan development and maintenance, weekly assessments, and budget management.

Rashmi is passionate about helping organizations grow and develop their most valuable asset – their people. Rashmi has a proven track record of driving significant business growth through their work in talent management and employee engagement.

Rashmi Gupta has a LEAD from Stanford University in Corporate Innovation and a Masters in Business from MICA | The School of Ideas. Rashmi also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Technology and Management Jobs.
