Barbara Lech

Barbara Lech is a Supply Chain Specialist at Procter & Gamble since August 2024, bringing a diverse background in administration and management. Previously, Barbara served as an Administration Specialist at the European Parliament from March 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included developing internal procedures and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Prior roles included Planning Trainee at the European Parliament, Merchant Setup Specialist at SIX Payment Services, HR Assistant at ML Components GmbH, and English Language Teacher at Early Stage. Barbara holds both a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw.
