Joanna Neidermeyer is the Director and Assistant General Counsel at The Procter & Gamble Company, where they have also held positions as Senior Counsel and Counsel. Joanna previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Banc of America Securities and served as a Legislative Correspondent/Aide for U.S. Senator George Voinovich. They gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Frantz Ward LLP and Jones Day. Joanna earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a BS in Finance from Miami University.
