Kathleen Sands

Kathleen (Drott) Sands has over two decades of experience in research and development at Procter & Gamble, where the current position is Research & Development Director, focusing on LEAN innovation, new product development, and consumer insights. Previous roles include R&D Section Head, where responsibilities encompassed innovation management and quality assurance for global brands, and R&D Senior Engineer and R&D Engineer, focusing on product upgrades and development in the paper products sector. Prior to Procter & Gamble, Kathleen worked as a co-op at Atofina. Kathleen holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and graduated from McAuley High School.
